Webb gem cameo exhibition piece has light brown cameo flowers, stems, and leaves surrounding the front of the globe-shaped vase. The back side, or top of the globe is decorated with two cameo birds in flight, all against a creamy white background. The cameo floral decoration has one stem that circles to the back of the vase and the center of the flower is an applied carved glass medallion duplicating the flower pattern. The round vase sets atop a matching glass base with pulled pigtails and matching light brown glass highlights around the pigtails. Signed on the underside with acid cut mark "THOMAS WEBB & SONS GEM CAMEO". Also marked on the bottom is "TIFFANY & CO. PARIS EXHIBITION 1889". There are seven small flakes to the edge of the foot that are very hard to see because they blend into the texture of the glass. Otherwise, very good to excellent.
