Early Philadelphia made gun with #2 weight Krupp barrels that have matted concave rib and steel front bead. Maker's name on top of left tube. Splinter forend with border engraved and blued Deeley release is checkered in point pattern. Boxlock action is lightly engraved with border pattern in typical early A Grade fashion. Made with double triggers, extractors, and auto safety. Round knob pistol grip buttstock is checkered in point pattern through the wrist and terminates with a modern Silver's type pad. CONDITION: Very good as partially restored. Barrels and forend retain most of a finely restored blue. Action retains about 35% nice original case color. Stocks are very good with scattered scratches and handling marks. There is one more significant scratch at grip on left side and some minor chipping in the finish. Pad is a replacement. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are crisp.
