Lot consists of: (A) Mauser made byf code P.38 pistol dated "44". Standard gun with the usual eagle/ 135 inspectors marks. Brown Bakelite grips. Proper "WaA135" inspected magazine. All matching numbers. Accompanied by a period brown leather shoulder holster. CONDITION: Retains 80% original finish overall with areas of light to moderate pitting. All markings are clear. Grips are very good with light handling marks. Grip screw is an incorrect replacement. Bore is very good with strong rifling. Not import marked. Fine mechanical function. Leather holster is in used but serviceable condition with strong stitching. (B) Czech Model 27, "fnh" manufacturers code. Nazi inspectors marks on the barrel, slide and frame. Brown Bakelite grips. Original magazine. Accompanied by a brown leather holster marked on the belt loop "jsd / 1942". Marked in ink on the inside of the flap for a model "37". CONDITION: Gun retains 95% original finish overall with light finish wear on high points. All markings are clear. Original straw colors on trigger, grip screw, hammer and ejector. Bore is bright and shiny with sharp rifling. Fine mechanical function. Holster is solid with scuff marks. Stitching is solid. Markings are clear. GR
