Manufactured in 1940 with the 945 code for BRNO/Brunn. Matching numbers on bolt, receiver and stock. Proper bolt with hollowed out bolt handle. Walnut stock. Original leather sling, front sight hood and cleaning rod. CONDITION: Gun has been refinished at some point, retaining 80% of that finish. Markings are mostly clear however some of the proofs are weak. Stock is very good, serial number appears to have been restamped. Trigger guard and floorplate may be replaced. Bore is dark with strong rifling, showing wear. Fine mechanical function. Scarce variation of the mountain carbine and rarely found with matching numbers.
