This Turnbull Colt exhibits a lot of effort and sufficient skill to reproduce a custom US Colt serial number 5100 which was a relic found on the Reno battlefield from the Custer fight. This gun was built using an Uberti as its base. It is near exact in all aspects such as matching serial number including barrel and cylinder. Has all correct early features such as script barrel address, screw in frame and proper Ainsworth inspector marks and cartouche on the walnut one piece grips and finished in blue and case colors with nitre blue screws. Comes with paperwork on original serial number 5100 having been found on battlefield. CONDITION: Near new inside and out.
