Second year of production with the early style slide markings, 1897 being the last patent date. 16 slide serrations. Hard rubber grips. Magazine marked "PAT'D SEPT.9.1884". CONDITION: Retains 70% high luster blue overall. All markings are clear. Grips are fine with light handling marks. Fine bore with strong rifling. Magazine appears to have been nickel finished, retains 65% of that finish. GR
