Model 1842 style rifled musket with Tryon marked lock. Iron furniture with iron ramrod. Iron barrel with octagon going to round rifled barrel with stud for bayonet on the end. No markings except "Tryon" on the lock. Walnut full length military musket style stock. Military style sling swivels. CONDITION: Barrel has light cleaning exposing some pits along with trigger guard and hardware. Mechanically sound. Wood has aged finish with light handling marks and no visible repairs.
