Lot consists of (A) Remington Model 722 bolt action rifle. A little known rifle to most shooters. It was only made in .222 Remington with a short action manufactured from 1948-62. It featured a plain pistol grip walnut stock with a Remington monogram steel butt-plate. The barrel features a ramp front sight and the rear sight has been removed. The rife sports a period Weaver K-5 scope with Weaver mounts. Sling swivels were standard as well. CONDITION: 95% overall original factory blue with handling marks. Stock is excellent with usual impressions. Fine bore and action. (B) Marlin Model 336 Lever Action Rifle. This is an older model in the popular .35 Remington caliber. Standard full length magazine with two bands, ramp front sight, sporting rear sight, blue finish, walnut stocks with Marlin buttplate. A vintage Weaver K-3 and mounts finish off this classic carbine. CONDITION: 95% original blue with overall high edge wear. Stocks are excellent with usual handling marks. Sharp bore and action.
