Of standard configuration throughout, and a far better than average example. Round barrel with US, LF and P, and only very minor marks. CONDITION: No real pitting. The lock with darkened hardening color and all original small parts. The mounts are clean, with some original polish remaining. The barrel tang has original arsenal darkened hardening. The trigger has some original bluing remaining. Stock is nearly perfect, with much original raised grain. No significant marks and perfect JCH cartouche. Action is as new. Bore is excellent.
