This is an early Model 39 with the old style swept back pistol grip and Marlin logo butt-plate. The barrel is full octagon with a full magazine and standard sporing sights. CONDITION: The barrel and tube are a blue/brown mix. The case colors have darkened to a patina hue. The stocks are excellent. The bore is sharp and clean and the action is fine.
