Lot consists of two Danish Rolling Block M1867 rifles. (A) Danish M1867 made by the Copenhagen Arsenal in 1878. Features the typical Danish military sight and the convertible breech block. Standard Danish crown proof marks. Cleaning rod present. Stocks are numbered to the gun. CONDITION: Metal components are in good condition with cosmetic handling marks. Wood shows storage and handling marks, and appears to have been sanded and refinished at some point. Strong rifling with close to mirror bore. (B) Danish M1867 made by the Copenhagen Arsenal in 1884. Features the typical Danish sight and convertible breech block. Standard Danish crown proof marks. Cleaning rod present. Stocks are numbered to the gun. CONDITION: Metal components show handling and storage marks all around. Wood shows handling marks and indentations all around. Strong rifling with some pitting at rear toward chamber.
