Not to be confused with the high gloss press checkered Model 700 rifles that most remember. This has the same top of the line action but is finished in a classic style with oil finished walnut straight comb stock. The pistol grip and forend are hand checkered. Metal has the traditional rust blue finish. Bolt is jeweled. Barrel was made with no provision for iron sights and instead sports a top of the line Leupold gold ring 3x9 scope and base. A couple of minor handling marks but still near new inside and out.
