This is a .44 cal Colt Walker Dragoon Commemorative Edition (#1522) revolver with a display case and Colt Heritage book, all in near mint, unfired condition. One of 1850 made, this Blackpowder Series piece is exceptional, and comes with original walnut display case for the revolver and book. The cylinder is unturned and the brass trigger guard is untouched. All of the Colt color case-hardened finish is present on the receiver with rich blue on the cylinder and barrel with etched fight scene. The walnut grips are unchecked and in magnificent condition with a cartouche stamped on the lower edge. The right side of the barrel is engraved/gold washed with a likeness of Samuel Walker and Samuel Colt, left side with a banner saying, "Colt Heritage Guns.” The display case has some very minor blemishes on the exterior and a stress crack but this can be easily fixed. The interior and the book are in excellent condition
