Lot consists of (A) The rattail of characteristic form, with all brass engraved stock, pewter inlay, and long engraved barrel. CONDITION: Barrel with some rust. The stock has some old repairs. Mainspring is very strong, typical of these rattails. Missing ramrod. (B) English box lock flintlock pistol with brass frame by Theophilus Richards, London. CONDITION: In good overall condition, except push-on safety needs attention. Will not stay on cock. Bore is good. Stock is crisp. (C) A diminutive English flintlock turn off pistol of Tutenage signed F. GREENSILL. CONDITION: The barrel seized. Hammer and frizzen heavily patinated. Butt with silver wire inlay and silver hallmarks on grotesque mask butt cap. Butt with moderate damage. Action does not function. Bore disregarded. (D) A box lock flintlock pistol. Octagonal barrel. CONDITION: Medium pitting. No signature. Flattened butt. Action works. Bore is fair.
