Beautiful Belgian made Browning with wide low profile ventilated and matted top rib which has white mid and front beads. Schnabel tipped forend is checkered in point pattern with engraved latch release. Coin finished action is very nicely engraved with pheasants in relief scene on left, ducks in marsh scene on right, surrounded by well executed scroll. Engravers signature "C. Perfido" noted on left side. Full knob pistol grip buttstock with long tang trigger guard is checkered in point pattern through the wrist and terminates with a leather covered pad. Checkered single selective trigger, auto ejectors, non-auto safety. CONDITION: Excellent as partially restored. Barrels retain nearly all of what appears to be their original blued finish. Action is excellent with good coin color and virtually no staining noted. Stocks are excellent as restored. Bores are brilliant and shiny. Mechanics are crisp.
