(1951) 23 - 5/8" double rifle and 27 - 5/8" double shotgun barrels are both marked with makers name and "INNSBRUCK" on top barrels. Rifle barrels with standing rear sight on solid matted rib, matted ventilated rib on shotgun barrels. Ferlach proofs. Coin finished scallop backed double Kersten Blitz action with game scene engraving of pheasants, ducks, and rabbits. Single non-selective trigger. Streaked walnut capped pistol grip stock with right hand cheekpiece. Ejector three piece forend fits both barrel sets. Housed in pigskin case with metal reinforced corners, lined in green cloth. CONDITION: Fine to very fine, 80-90% barrel blue. Coin finish on action still bright. Refinish on stock has some minor marks. Bores are fine with some light pitting in shotgun. Rifle bores appear to be excellent. Trigger will not set for second shot. Case is good. MGM21.
