Handsome rifle with metal refinished to almost new condition. Rifle has an 1878 dated block with 1884 rear sight and a strong Sam Porter 1886 dated cartouche. CONDITION: The wood is original with finish added. Bore is strong and clean. The action is crisp. This rifle was nicely redone, is quite handsome and should be a good shooter as well.
