(A) Pre-1970 production Smith & Wesson Model 39 with alloy frame and blue finish. Adjustable "Lollipop" rear sight with wood checkered factory grips. Early wide extractor. Housed in original numbers matching box with instruction manual. CONDITION: Extremely fine with little or no actual use evident. Bore and mechanics are perfect as is exterior finish. Box is edge worn with complete numbered and correct label. (B) 1973 manufactured Smith & Wesson Model 39-2 9mm pistol with alloy frame and "Lollipop" adjustable rear sight. Nickel finish with blue finished hammer, trigger rear sight and magazine. Checkered walnut grips with factory medallions. Housed in appropriate but non-numbers matching silver toned box with paperwork. CONDITION: Very fine with excellent bore and mechanics. Several micro scratches in nickel finish. Grips are excellent. Box is very good with solid corners and strong label.
