Ken was a Colt Master Engraver, now deceased but will forever be remembered due to inviting personality and by way of all the exquisite engraved firearms he left behind. This is a nearly full coverage complete custom Sheriffs Model. This gun features a 2" barrel with full Colt address on right side of barrel. The left side is stamped with SAA 45 LC. The gun was finished in full blue with fluted cylinder. The frame is the old style screw in black powder type. The frame, barrel, cylinder and hammer are outlined in gold. The left side of frame has the scales of justice in gold. The loading gate features a silver five star sheriff's badge. The backstrap features a silver hangman's noose. The balance of engraving is scroll with clamshell and punch dot background. The fitted grips are ivory. CONDITION: The gun appears unfired, as new.
