Features include long frame, round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, two position adjustable 100-200 meter rear sight on rear toggle link, wide grip safety, walnut checkered grips, and eight round detachable box magazine. The gun is all matching but the magazine. It has been engraved with an Oak leaf and acorn pattern. Over the chamber is an inlay of a U-boat, on the front toggle link a copper plaque that has the initials H.E.R. and on the back of the frame is a copper plaque that has U-109. Comes in a modern oak case with an extra navy magazine, pin punch, zigzag cleaning rod and two boxes of World War Two Luger ammo. CONDITION: Good bore showing sharp lands and grooves. Walnut grips are minty with sharp checkering showing just a bit of wear. Grips are modern reproductions. This gun has been completely refinished and all the tools are modern reproductions. CORRECTION: Lot includes photo album, submarine badge, miscellaneous medals, and three books on U-boats.
