Lot consists of: (A) No. 40 octagon to round 12" barrel. Chambered in .25-RF. Globe front sight. Rear flip-up ladder sight. Dovetail mounted nickel plated, skeleton stock. Nickel plated frame and trigger guard. Two piece walnut grips. CONDITION: Fine overall. 85-90% thinning blue on barrel, mixed with blue-brown patina. 90%+ bright nickel on frame, flaking on the backstrap and butt. Grips are fine showing moderate wear. Bore good with scattered pitting. )B) No. 42 2nd issue. 10" octagon to round barrel. Chambered in .22 rimfire. Globe front sight. "V" notch rear sight. Blue with nickel plated frame and stock. Two piece walnut stock. CONDITION: Fine overall with approximately 80% thinning blue on barrel. Most all original nickel on frame, backstrap, butt, and stock. Original unmolested screws. Grips are good showing moderate to heavy wear. Bore is good with scattered pitting. From the Mel Hrubetz collection. -MKS-
