Arguably the finest .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol ever made. The Woodsman was first offered by Colt in 1927 but the forerunner to this gun, referred to as a Pre-Woodsman was introduced in 1915 and was offered through 1977. This is the scarce 1937 Sport model with fixed sights, blue finish and fully checkered walnut grips. The original two tone magazine is included along with an extra and is stamped "COLT WOODSMAN CAL . 22 LR". This gun has some light muzzle wear and a hint of high edge wear and would still rate a solid 99% original finish. Fine bore and action. The original hinged box has non-matching number on bottom and comes with Colt screwdriver and paperwork along with green hang tag. CONDITION: Near mint with full proper end label. The leather combination holster/shoulder stock rests in its original marked box that is in excellent condition with end label. It is made by National as the N-S Model and is so stamped on the leather. and is like new unused condition. The combination holster/stock is rare, especially in brand new condition. From the Mel Hrubetz collection. DB
