Colt Commando model with scarce 2" barrel. Factory parkerized finish with two piece checkered "Coltwood" plastic grips. Built between 1942-1945 for a total production of 50,000. Accompanied by a Colt factory letter that confirms that it was shipped in this configuration. CONDITION: Excellent plus, showing minimum wear to the parkerized finish. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is bright and clean. Grips are nearly mint showing little wear. A very scares gun with a 2" barrel. -MKS-
