A pistol unmarked, except for British proofs on each flute. The brass frame with scroll engraving overall. Trigger guard with scroll engraving en suite with frame. Finely checkered walnut grip panels. CONDITION: Smooth barrels with some traces of original color case hardening. Brass frame polished bright but very crisp. Bar hammer with faint traces of original hardening. Trigger guard smooth, grey metal. Pistol functions as it should and barrels index. Walnut case with accessories, consisting of flask, bullet mold, and oil bottle. Exterior of lid with crack. Front of case with modified hinges, original being filled with a triangular piece of wood. Four barrel English pepperboxes are unusual, as are brass frames. MZ
