Wonderful Ferlach Mauser sporting rifle with half stock with cheek piece and schnauble tip. Double set triggers, two lear express rear sight and ramp front sight. Steel butt plate. Mounted with 2-7 Redfield variable scope in quick detachable swiveling scope mounts. classic Pre-WW2 Sporter. Modestly engraved with delicate scrolls and borders on receiver, trigger guard and magazine floor plate. Spoon handle bolt with matching checkering and engraving. CONDITION: Very good with over 805 original rust blue finish and some very light surface corrosion that will probably clean off. The bore is very strong with slight darkness in the grooves. The optics are very clear. The stock is very good with most all oil finish remaining with some minor period bruises and scratches. Truly a classic European sporter. TDW
