Made with Bohler Steel barrels, this high grade gun features a tapered matted game rib with steel front bead. Elongated splinter forend with Deeley type latch release is nicely engraved and wood is checkered in point pattern.Hammer action is full coverage engraved in high quality Oak Leaf scroll pattern with game scenes on sidelocks, and action has sideclips on breech balls. Hammers and trigger guard are nicely engraved to match. Point pattern checkered buttstock with capped pistol grip and cheekpiece on left side terminates in basket weave pattern buttplate. Butt and bottom rib with sling swivels. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. Barrels retain more than 90% original blued finish. Buttstock and forend with about 90% original finish with scattered handling marks and impressions. Bores are good with beginning roughness ahead of chambers. Mechanics are fine. JSL CORRECTION: This gun is a Curio and Relic gun, not an antique.
