Lot consists of: (A) Contemporary Flintlock long rifle assembled using imported parts. .45 caliber octagon barrel 44" in length. Brass furniture. CONDITION: Very good as custom built. Rifle has a pleasant appearance with excellent bore and properly functioning lock. Would make a nice decorative shooter. (B) Remington sporting rolling block. 30 - 1/2" tapered octagon barrel with Remington address on top flat and marked 40/70 on bottom flat forward of forearm. Walnut straight butt stock with sporting forearms with metal tip. 1 - 1/4" sling swivels at butt and on barrel, blade adjustable front sight and elevation adjustable sporting rear sight. CONDITION: Fair as gun is a dove grey overall. Bore is excellent bright and shiny with sharp rifling. Stocks have been refinished and butt is ill-fitting with filler at receiver edges and at tang.
