Built in 1875 with less than 100 believed to have been manufactured. Chambered in .41 caliber rimfire. 4" part round/part octagon barrel. Nickel plated brass frame, blue barrel, and 2-piece walnut grips, with a bird's head profile butt. CONDITION: Excellent plus, with most all original bright nickel plating. Barrel retains approximately 30% original blue, mostly in protected areas thinning to a grey/blue patina overall. Grips are excellent showing minimum wear. Original unmolested screws. Bore is very good with scattered moderate pitting. Overall a very scarce and attractive model with presentable condition. From the Mel Hrubetz collection. -MKS-
