Gustave Klimt (1862-1918) print of Hygieia depicts art nouveau maiden holding Aesculapian snake in one hand and cup of Lethe in the other, wearing a long gown with gold print design and flower in her hair. The print is a portion of the painting "Medicine" Hygieia, executed by Klimt for the University of Vienna ceiling. The print is framed in a gilt frame with raised decorative swirls and lines on the side and raised letters "GUSTAVE KLIMT" at the top. The bottom of the print carries the number '10' within a box. Condition: Very good to excellent with very light wear to gilt finish. Overall size is 21 - 3/8" x 22 - 1/4" and image size is 8 - 1/4" x 12 - 1/4".
