Table lamp has reverse-painted shade by contemporary artist Nancy Magnell with scene of a tree-lined pond with small mountains in the background, all against a nighttime sky. The trees are done in shades of amber, orange and green. Shade is signed on inside edge "MAGNELL" and rests on an original Moe Bridges base with four paw feet and stylized leaf decoration on the bottom and top of stem. The leaf decoration is highlighted with red enamel. Base is signed on the underside "MOE BRIDGES CO. MILWAUKEE WIS". Shade has some minor roughness to bottom edge of fitter, which appears to be from the making; otherwise, very good to excellent. Base is very good with some minor wear to feet and a small flake to the red enamel on one leaf at the bottom of the stem. Cap and finial are replacements. Rewired with contemporary plastic cord. Size: Shade 18" Dia., base 23 - 1/2" T.
