Tiffany Studios table lamp has a band of swirling green leaves surrounding the shade, against a mottled dichroic background of light amber glass when unlit, and fiery orange when illuminated. The band is bordered at top and bottom by geometric panels of the same dichroic glass. Shade has applied signature tag on lower rim, but is illegible. Shade rests on an early Tiffany Studios bronze oil base that has been electrified. The urn shaped base is supported by four vertically ribbed legs with pad feet. The oil font supports a three-arm spider and the bronze is finished in a rich brown patina with green highlights. Base unsigned. Lamp is complete with a replacement pierced cap. Condition: Shade is very good to excellent with very few, if any, tight hairlines. Base is very good with burner modified to fit electric socket, font and base drilled to accommodate the electric cord. Shade 16" Dia., lamp 22 - 1/2" T.
