The first interactive boxing game of its kind, the K.O. Fighters offered players the chance to participate in boxing matches of their own. On either side of the cabinet are two pistols which control their respective boxer figure. Players would deposit a nickel into their pistol to reset their figure and would maneuver the pistol and use the triggers to control their boxer's arms. Players aim to strike the pin on the face of the opposing boxer to effectively knock the player out and win the round. A moderate amount of paint loss is evident on both boxer figures from the many years of use. With the original background crowd cheering in a restored cabinet with added marquee. In working order, on freeplay. Circa 1928.
