Men's Breguet Classic Complicated Tourbillon Messidor in platinum and 18k pink gold, Ref 3450. Case diameter measures 36mm. Original Breguet black stitched crocodile strap with platinum tang buckle. Smooth bezel with double sapphire crystals. Case diameter is 36mm. Manual wind 21 Jewel movement with small seconds, Caliber 558, marked No. 067 P. Serial Number 2794 E. Silver guilloche dial with black Roman numerals. Watch is in excellent condition and is currently running.
