Men's Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust, Ref. 16018, in solid 18k yellow gold with diamond dial. Serial number 5957xxx, circa 1979. Case is fully hallmarked. Yellow gold fluted bezel. Yellow dial with 10 tapered baguette-cut diamond markers and gold hands. Includes 20mm black stitched leather strap with 18k yellow gold Rolex tang/buckle. Case diameter measures 36mm. Self-winding automatic movement. Watch is in very good polished condition with a few tiny flea bites to the outer edges of the sapphire crystal, and is currently running.
