Model 1886 Limited edition 1 of 3000. Octagon barrel, marked "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. / MADE IN JAPAN" and ".45-70 GOVT", the right side of the barrel is marked with an "NP" proof and "BROWNING MODEL 1886 CALIBER .45-70 GOVT". The top of the barrel is marked "1 OF 3000". The top tang is marked "BROWNING MODEL 1886". The right of the receiver is marked with the serial number, the left has the engraver's marking "T. MORI". The sides of the receiver feature game scenes including an elk scene on the left and a buffalo scene on the right with the animals plated in a gold finish and beautiful scroll engraving to almost full coverage. The stocks are two-piece checkered walnut with blued steel nose cap, straight grip, straight comb and blued steel crescent butt-plate. The checkering is sharp. Features a gold-plated trigger. Includes original box. CONDITION: Like new with one small scuff mark on the stock near the heal. Mechanics are crisp. Does not appear to have been fired. JTH
