Custom stocked and engraved first year production, 1933 Model 42. Factory appearing Pigeon engraved on bottom of magazine tube. Masterfully executed custom engraving featuring classic scroll work with punch dot backgrounds. Breech of barrel is scroll engraved. Left side of frame has a woodland scene with two gold inlaid pointers and a single gold inlaid flushing quail. Scene is surrounded by scroll work. Right side of frame has marsh scene with four gold inlaid teal ducks surrounded with scroll work. 28" ventilated rib barrel with full choke. Custom stocked with full figured English walnut. Hand checkered with ribbons and fleur-de-lis. CONDITION: Excellent plus with most all reapplied finishes remaining. Bright bore. Action is tight and crisp. -MKS-
