Manufactured by Springfield Armory Geneseo, Illinois, M1A service rifle with walnut stock and 20 round detachable magazine. Mixture of USGI parts and contemporary Springfield commercial parts. Chrome lined bore. Flash hider without bayonet lug. These outstanding rifles are commercially produced and are used extensively at the National Match shoots through the United States. Very good quality and extremely reliable. CONDITION: Very good with evidence of very limited use. Bore is excellent. Metal finishes are equally fine with just a trace of high point wear. Action operates properly. Walnut stock has one minor blemish/scrape from storage. Very fine overall. TDW
