Lot consists of: (A) Made in Willowdale, New York by Rogers, Spencer & Co. for C. S. Pettengill circa 1860. This Navy Model features 6 shot percussion cylinder with an internal hammer ignition. Iron furniture and frame. Walnut grip. Around 900 made. CONDITION: Metal worn to a silvery patina with some light pitting. Grips have original finish with some usage marks. Mechanically solid and functions fine. (B) Eli Whitney marked .31 caliber pocket model with 4" barrel, five shot cylinder with brass trigger guard, iron frame and octagonal barrel. Walnut two piece grips. Made circa 1855. Comes in oak box with Colt marked label. CONDITION: Gun exhibits a plum finish on metal parts with brass parts showing a golden finish from handling. Grips have some original finish with usage marks. Mechanically functions. Box is reproduction in great shape. DLM
