Lot consists of (A) Manufactured 1892. Springfield 1884 Cadet Trapdoor with Buffington sight. 29 - 1/2" barrel retained by two bands. Walnut stock with 1892 dated SWP cartouche. Steel butt plate without trap for tools. Replaced wiping rod. CONDITION: Good with a brown patina overall , Good bright bore with small areas of older spotting. Action operates properly. Wood stock is weathered but solid. (B) 1891 manufactured Model 1884 Trapdoor rifle with 32 - 5/8" barrel, Buffington sight, rod bayonet, steel buttplate with trap for tools, and two barrel retaining bands. CONDITION: Good with a overall brown patina. Fine bright bore and properly operating action. Stock is cleaned and void of inspections. TDW
