Lot consist of: (A) Colt 1860 Army revolver. Manufactured in 1870. Serial numbers on the barrel assembly, frame, trigger guard, cylinder and butt all match. Front sight has been replaced and filled down. CONDITION: Overall poor. Metal retains little to none of its original finish with light wear and handling marks. Grips are loose and contain numerous cracks and gouges. Bore is dark with little rifling present. Mechanically fine. Hammer and cylinder show a small amount of play. Nipples show signs of normal use. (B) Colt 1849 with engraving. Manufactured in 1854. Serial numbers on the barrel assembly, frame, cylinder, trigger guard and butt all match. Fine engraving, most likely post factory. CONDITION: Overall fair. Metal retains little to none of its original finish with general wear in areas. Grips contain numerous cracks and gouges. Bore is dirty with poor rifling. Mechanically fine. Nipples show signs of general use. Hammer and cylinder show some wobble. JA
