Colt Single Action Army revolver with factory letter. Manufactured in 1876. Factory letter indicates the original finish on this gun was blue. The letter also states this gun shipped in 1876 to "H&D Folsom Arms Co. New York, NY". Frame, cylinder and trigger guard all match. Butt of the revolver bears the serial number "33169". Fake ivory grips. CONDITION: Overall good. Metal retains most of its current finish with spots of wear. Grips are very good with minor cracks and handling marks. Bore with rifling present. Mechanically fine. Hammer and cylinder show a small amount of play. JA
