Lot consists of (A) Czech VZ-52 semi-automatic rifle. The Czech answer to the SKS, with a side folding bayonet. Dated "57". Serial numbers on the stock and receiver match. Magazine is unmarked. Import marked on the barrel. CONDITION: Overall very good. Metal retains 85% of its gray finish, with mild wear and handling marks in areas. Stock is very good with scattered dings and scratches. Top handguard does have some light wobble. Bore is frosted, with fair rifling left. (B) Colombian Contract Madsen M47 bolt action rifle. A hard to find example of one of the last bolt action military rifles designed for general use. Crisp stenciling on the receiver. Bolt and stock are not numbered, but serial number on the receiver reads "2198-58". Adjustable rear sight that is original to the rifle. Rubber buttpad is correct as well. CONDITION: Overall very good. Metal retains 85% of its original black paint finish with some scattered handling marks and scratches. Stock is very good with light handling marks. Bore has some light frosting, but generous rifling present. A pair of interesting military rifles for your collection. JA
