Pre-war production. Commercial crown/BUG proofs on barrel, crown/BU proofs on receiver and bolt. Banner Mauser on the right side of the stock. Factory checkered wrist. Grooved forend. Grooved receiver for a scope mount. 200 meter adjustable rear sight. Ramp front sight with hood. Single shot. The top of the bolt handle is grooved for scope clearance. Matching numbers. CONDITION: Retains 95% finish overall. All markings are sharp and clear. Wood has some light handling marks, checkering and markings are sharp. Bore is fine with sharp rifling. Fine mechanical function. GR CORRECTION: This is a Mauser ES 340.
