Finely made in 1975 in long tang flat knob configuration. Barrels are 28" long with low profile matted ventilated top rib. Made with round nosed forend that is checkered in point pattern and has latch that is engraved in Diana Grade pattern. Barrels marked for Imp. Cyl & Mod. chokes. Coin finished action is engraved and signed by A. Marechal on left side. Engraving shows pheasants on left, quail on bottom, ducks on right, all surrounded by well executed floral scroll. Trigger guard bow with relief engraved rabbits which are also surrounded by floral scroll. Flat knob buttstock is checkered in two point pattern with beautiful fiddleback grain and terminates with a Browning brand buttplate. Housed in a modern Browning brown leather case with faux fur lining. Factory letter confirms this gun as found today with the exception of the chokes. CONDITION: Extremely fine as very lightly field used. Retains nearly all original finish to both wood and metal with only very minor handling marks. Case is excellent. JSL
