Custom engraved in what would equate to a factory "C" coverage. Embellished in a tight scroll and vine pattern with dot punch back ground on left and right sides. A fine chiseled rope type border is chased down both fore and aft of grips panels. Finished in a stain nickel finish and mounted with factory fixed sights. Round commander pattern hammer and fitted with diamond pattern rubber grips. Signed under left grips "WEL14" by unknown engraver. The work is very masterfully done and presents itself extremely well. CONDITION: Very fine with no evidence of use. Displayed in a blue velvet lined COLT marked wooden display case.
