FEATURES INCLUDE; round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADEN" on the left side, front toggle link marked "DWM" in script. "(Crown) N" commercial proofs on the breach block, barrel and left side of receiver. American eagle over the chamber. Two line "A.F. STOEGER INC NEW YORK" address on right side of receiver. CONDITION: All matching numbers gun. Gun retains approximately 88% of the original factory blue finish with just a bit of high edge wear. Straw small parts are 90%. Non-numbered and unrelieved firing pin. "GERMANY" export mark on rear of frame. Sharp checkered wood grips that show very minimal handling marks. Left grip is chipped under the safety lever. Grips are unnumbered. Correct eight round nickel magazine with wood bottom. Bright and shiny bore with sharp lands and grooves. A rare gun. Comes in a russet brown US 1911 holster. RW
