Manufactured 1914 with 7-1/2" barrel with period adjustable match sights and added Roper style thumb rest target grips. Engraved on butt "J. LEROY VOSBURG" Research has shown that Mr, Vosburg was a very avid competitive shooter from Davenport, Iowa, with NRA awards in 1921 for High Power, Rapid Fire, and Small Bore. As well he was the recipient of the "KING MEDAL" from the Davenport Schuetzen association. CONDITION: Very fine with over 95% of the bright factory blue finish remaining. Action operates properly and locks up soundly. Grips are very fine. Bore is bright and shiny. A wonderful early American target revolver. TDW
