A rare Boxlock 12 bore by the Parisian gunmaker G. Renette. This gun has 27 - 1/2" dovetail barrels with ejectors, concave matted rib and steel front bead sight. Chokes are Full and Improved Modified. The French walnut stock has straight hand grip with a checkered butt and a long bottom strap. Boxlock action with third fastener, double triggers, nicely carved fences and is auto-safe. Splinter forend and Deeley release. Vintage leather case. CONDITION: Fair. Barrels retain 70 percent blue with handling marks, rubs and scratches. Barrels are also off face. Action with some case colors. Stock has scratches, dents, dings and paint marks. Forend has scratches and dings. Checkering on both stock and forend is smooth. Case is worn. CP
