Colt Commemorative celebrating the 175th year of Ohio as a state. Stainless finish brushed on flats and left matte on other surfaces. Slide engraved with florals, Ohio State Capitol and Ohio State flag on right side, left side with a ribbon reading "1803 OHIO 175th ANNIVERSARY 1978" over the Ohio state seal. Serrated controls, hammer, and arched mainspring housing."VP" and two "B" proofs on trigger guard. Standard sight. Comes in Colt wood grain box matching gun by serial number, and a display case with plaque on lid with bordering florals, year ribbon above Ohio state seal, over "Special Edition / 1 of 250". CONDITION: Fine, showing only minor cosmetic marks from handling and operation. Action operates properly with a fine bore with some extremely minor evidence of use. Display case is excellent. Wood grain box is good, intact, with some rubs and chipping commensurate with age. EW
