This lot includes (A) Very scarce die-cut cardboard ad that features hunters in the field with a classic Model 99 lever action and a side by side shotgun. The actual piece measures 19" tall by 14.5" wide. CONDITION: Fine, no fading with just a couple of dents around perimeter. (B) Paper poster that depicts hunters out west in the mountains armed with a brace of Savage Model 99 rifles. It too is done in full brilliant color similar to the color movies of the 1950's. The actual poster measures 21" x 14 1/4". There is the original mailing fold line in center, otherwise the piece is near mint with no visible holes, tears, or fading. This is the first we have seen of either of these advertising posters and if you collect or shoot the old classic Model 99, you will love this framed pair.
